Resolution OT aims to allow individuals to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. To do this, we provide services through Home Care Packages. This includes initial home visits, minor home modifications, equipment trials and Occupational Therapy recommendations.

This service is for individuals who would require additional documentation to apply for the NDIS. This includes a comprehensive functional capacity assessment and assistance filling in the Access Request Form.
